I am excited for this week.......but why sony is not airing old episodes like it's became a Ongoing show again so why???
Old episodes are airing on Sony Pal and Sony Wah
Yeah but they shud telecast it on their own channel like on set as that's their Top show now not that Crime patrol
and sony wah and pal don't telecast golden era episodes which only sony can do I think

I'm trying a new thought process here...I decided that it might be easier - to decide whether to watch the episode or not.
Some gems (I want to highlight these first because...they're hilarious!)
:
- Mocking Hindi movies - yeh koi Hindi picture nahi jisme hero kapde badal kar, hairstyle badal kar, ghumta hai toh heroine usse pehchanti nahi. I just need to leave this gem here. This gem deserves a point of its own.
- The use of AI to build the face into a man's - it's a small thing but at least it made more sense than the previous season when they would touch a few buttons on the keyboard and face swaps would be done instantly on Paint.
- Abhijeet and Daya with the autowala and with the medical shopwala. These 2 scenes are priceless. The duo is back!
The entire exchange with the medical shopwala especially reminded me of Mouse Trap and the exchanges between Dada and Pakya there.
Arre bhaisaab. Yeh mera dost hai naa iska chehra dekh dekh ke main bahut bore ho gaya hoon. Kuch aisi dawai di jiye jisse yeh shakal surat you know badal jaaye. And then Abhijeet's fake pissed off expression. WHERE ARE OUR CREATORS??? I NEED A NEW GIF!!!
- The conclusion and ACP sir comparing the case to a Hindi serial.
Man this PH has got no filter. Sab ki band baja rahe hain.
- Purvi calling Abhijeet khadoos at the end and Daya enjoying it. Arre stop it PH. Please stop it. Kitna hasaonge?
GIF CREATORS PLEASE!!!
The issues/questions:
- Why is the wife walking around just asking random people if they've seen her husband? I get you're traveling in a train compartment together, but no one keeps even that close of an eye on whose traveling with whom. At least show a photo!
- And is it common for trains to have 2 police constables in each compartment like that? Seemed a bit too convenient.
- Is it common for trains to have CCTV? I know that local metros have CCTV, but long distance trains?
- The Tarika angle again - I was hoping that given they had shown the officers matured, this angle would be dealt with a bit better, but Abhijeet had the same puppy look on his face that he used to have in the first season.
New PH please itni si ilteja sun lo - yeh track thoda maturely handle kar lo.
- Why didn't anyone question if the body was even Alok's??? That was literally the first thought that crossed my mind when they said at the railway station that the face isn't recognizable. Abey it's like murder 101. You crush a face to hide someone's identity! Literally the body could already have been in the suitcase and Bittu just disappeared by getting off at Bhusawal. Then Richa did her acting and that was that. Seriously cannot believe that no one immediately thought of that! It took Dr. Salunkhe telling them that the body is 3 days old for them to get to this point.
The good:
- I saw some people here talk about the IMM2 meme and I don't agree. The suitcase looks like a typical 21" luggage that goes into the checked baggage on planes. I remember Googling this for a story I had been working on years ago and even at that time there were many examples of where a live adult human had been found in this size suitcase by airport employees and also of adult humans who died in transit. If a live (uncut) human can fold and fit into such a suitcase, then so can a cut up body.
- They clearly show a lock on the suitcase so opening it with a knife makes sense and in a way it shows how police or security deal with problem suitcases. Personally I liked that little bit of attention to detail. It's a small matter, but sure was a nice touch.
- I like the new maturity and empathic nature that they are showing of the officers. In the last few years of season 1, the officers seemed to lose that and would yell at everyone, even the supposed victims or innocent bystanders. Throughout the episode, this new PH repeatedly showed us moments when the officers were more empathic or mature in certain situations where I was 100% expecting them to yell for no reason. Kudos to the new PH for that. Of course it wasn't 100% of the time, but I'll take what we get.
- The focus on actual investigation and forensics has improved and increased. Again kudos to the new PH for this because in season 1's last few years, the focus had turned to unnecessarily long intros, long interrogations, and sudden leaps in the investigation.
- The comedy moments with Pankaj - chalo we're getting something of the first season...the comic Pankaj. He's matured, he's gotten better at investigations, but he's still got his moments.
- The video connections to discuss the case - damn good move. Instead of repeatedly showing the officers traveling back and forth between their locations, they're finally showing some sensibility of them being in place and providing updates on a conference call. Even CID's gone remote.
Overall verdict: A good episode overall. Some loopholes and some WTF moments, but a lot of gems. I'd give it a 3 out of 5.
I think the reason she was asking so confidently about her husband to her fellow passengers was that they had spent a joyful night together. They mentioned that all the passengers were playing games and having fun so most of them must be aware of the looks and the relation of those people with each other.
I too don't know about officers at local trains and the way they locked the train once all the passengers were asleep.
Rest of the things I agree.

Agreed no comparison to Daya Abhijeet bond that's the highlight and base of CID, but Abhijeet Poorvi bond is really a bliss.
Remember in season 1 when entire CID team was trapped and Abhijeet had nearly died, then Poorvi freed herself and then got car batteries to give electric jerk onto Abhijeet's heart. She literally saved Abhijeet's life.
Which episode was that ?
Opening TRP is out. 1.4 is pretty good. https://x.com/GossipsTv/status/1872335699959263257
