I am happy Vraj is gone, bekar tha wo.

I think now they have divided team. Abhijeet Poorvi in one team and Daya Avni Pankaj in other. If they bring back Nikhil to Poorvi Pankaj can be with Abhijeet and Nikhil Avni with Daya.

Also no Poorvi's time hasn't reduced. It's same as it was earlier when Shreya was there. It's just that since now Avni is junior most, hence she has to do the stuff Poorvi did when she was new and junior. Poorvi now does comparatively high end jobs

Yes I think that Tarika will return that's why they have brought this dialogue. Also Shraddha isn't doing anything else substantial nor is there any news of her quitting acting so there is no reason why she shouldn't return.

Mhm... There is a chance Tarika will return. Else they wouldn't have included that entire scene; nor would they have brought out Abhijeet's feelings towards her.

And yes, Shraddha currently isn't doing anything new. So, yeah there is no reason for her to not return.

Actually hoping against hope, I also want Shreya to return, I know she isn't doing any work after her daughter's birth but now her daughter is big enough so she can restart her career.

I too hope Jahnvi return to acting... But then again, it's her personal life. If she wants to restart her acting career, it's absolutely wonderful but if she doesn't want to, then it's her choice.

Poorvi Shreya and Tarika trio was actually fun to watch, first time we had a girls' gang in CID. Now they can add Avni to their group.. and definitely Shreya was better than Avni by miles. But her mannerism, hairstyle and looks do match Shreya

True that... Purvi, Shreya and Tarika were really good together. I would have loved to see more of their scenes.

Yes, Avni's look, style etc do match Shreya but again, I wouldn't put her in the same mold as her. I'll just say that her character was slightly inspired by Shreya's character outline.

Waise technically speaking if Daya and Abhijeet are heroes of CID to Shreya and Tarika become the heroines of the show, to unko le hi aayein

Well, Tarika can be considered Abhijeet's heroine because they did have a love story. Daya-Shreya's love story already met it's proper end. It was a total "khatam, ta-ta, bye-bye... Achha chalta hu, duaon mein yaad rakhna" stuff. So, she can't be considered Daya's heroine.

But yes, ACP sir, Abhijeet and Daya can be considered the hero trio so Tarika, Purvi and Shreya can be considered the heroine trio.

Also, quite random but Abhijeet adopted a daughter; his daughter is grown up now... And yet, they haven't shown any of the officers getting married? Weird, no? Doesn't this give a vibe that Abhijeet was not serious about Tarika??

Don't these officers have a personal life??

Agreed no comparison to Daya Abhijeet bond that's the highlight and base of CID, but Abhijeet Poorvi bond is really a bliss.

Remember in season 1 when entire CID team was trapped and Abhijeet had nearly died, then Poorvi freed herself and then got car batteries to give electric jerk onto Abhijeet's heart. She literally saved Abhijeet's life.

Obviously. Daya-Abhijeet bond is the highlight of CID. No bond can match that, and for me, not even ACP sir and Dr. Salunkhe's friendship can match them.

Abhijeet-Purvi bond is just so sweet... It really feels like a true sibling relationship. How a younger sister respects her older brother, cares for him, loves him deeply but at the same time can be a bit mischievous with him.

That scene you described has been my top favourite ones among all of their scenes. At that time, one of my wishes was for Purvi to recognise Abhijeet as an older brother... But even if they don't say it, their actions show everything nicely. ❤️

I don't think Purvi's screen time has been reduced. It is a normal screen time which they get when they are dividing scenes between the two female officers of the team (not counting the lady forensic assistant). I am also a fan of Purvi so I can understand your thoughts process.

But then towards the end of S1, Purvi had a lot of scenes because she was the sole female officer left. But now, there are two... And Purvi's scenes are more than Avni's. After all, she is still a senior to Avni. Ab do female officers ke beech scenes distribute karenge toh scenes thode kam toh lagenge hi.

Also, I am super happy that that Vraj or whatever-his-name-is guy is not there. I did not like him in the first episode and I just don't want to see him again unless they give him a better characterization.

There were Several moments in last season in which Daya-Abhijit Did Shaadi talks like him saath mein krayenge wagera wagera and Both also got Their Love intrest as well that's other thing ke Daya ka dil tut gya but there was everything right with Abhijit and tarika so idk why but in the Last in previous season they start Behave like they didn't have anything between them

Wo kya hai na, kanoon thoda badal gaya hai... Ab fansi ki saza itni asaani se bhi nahi di jaa sakti har kisi ko. Thoda IPC ko bhi follow karna padta hai occasionally.
