Good gang ka logic, as per what is shown, ye hai ki Ani so Gaya Arshi ke saath despite doing rukha byabhar all the time with Arshi in front of all...so he is the two timer... the one at fault for keeping J in the dark...I get it...what is shown is actually what happens in reality...very few people understand that men can be violated.....
...this was a good opportunity gone in drain due to makers' arrogance...as Rekhaji used to say J coming to the rescue when Ani is in trouble...but they have twisted the entire incident by wwing Arshi ke kaand, making Ani feel guilty and making J go complete mad...so no hope...
Dibya ji, I understand the point about lost potential vis a vis Jhanak's potential to self-reflect and step up for Ani for a change and giving him trust at his lowest point when he least expects it.
But I can't help but think more about the many, MANY times that Ani humbled himself in love and GROVELED before Jhanak....people brushed everything off as manipulation but the point remains that a guy with an otherwise healthy amount of ego pleaded in front of Jhanak for SO LONG....for her sake, for his sake, for THEIR sake....for the sake of her life over and over again....he pleaded, then stepped back at each rejection, then again came back (his other mistakes notwithstanding - he showed the courage to put himself out there).....uska hisaab kaun dega is kahaani mein?
Jhanak never showed that courage.....Ani has had a long journey to get to the point of being able to take these strong, open stands in front of everyone for his right to be with the one his heart wants....this hasn't been an easy journey - neither in realizing, nor in fighting the relentless pressures put upon him and not even ONCE Jhanak showed any understanding of what he's trying to do for her, for them.....instead time and again, he is most brutally smacked down by Jhanak only - always going for the core of integrity - always so quick to show disgust for the man who has literally saved her life more times than she can ever count. How is one supposed to sympathize with a woman so thankless? Yes she has suffered many tragedies but does that give her the right to be thankless towards the man who so obviously did so much for her?
I can't help but think again of the recent scene when Ani pleaded with her again for her support while she was giving him her usual silent bechari look aage se....lol people have so much to say about Ani's wrong decisions and his actions when J came to drop her pregnancy bomb on him....does no one remember HOW she talked to him then? Did she ever plead with the sincerity he did? Even then it was about anger and orders....that is how she has always been with him....but then gives aghast looks when he says harsh things in return. Meanwhile Ani is the only one to put himself out there to plead for her support and THAT is when she kicks him in the face always.....so pardon me if I can't bring myself to sympathize with J's victim narrative. The contrivance has been out of hand since a long time.
