Maybe to protect here own hair from heat or whatever nonsense. The wig isn't the issue but if you're going to use it then spent money to get one that fits probably where can't tell it's a wig. Let it be close to the actress own style. Flat iron it, use good styling moose to curl and stay fluffy. It's like they take the wig out of the box and just sit on your head like a ugly hat
