I am the last person to defend DKP or Shahi, but as per the IF article, it was the channel's call to replace her. Yes the PH could have batted for her, but it's likely that they didn't as she was new or that it could have been choosing between retaining her or losing the show, we don't know. One of the reasons why Shahi is not giving IV's talking about her, they way he did during Sheh/Pariksha's time

Atleast it's a happy ending for them. Better to end it rather then spoiling it beyond repair.

But now comes the main question, they will totally revamp it or will continue it with Savi's children. 🤔
