Bold lol totally but AY-,You know what I find so funny is the way a lot of viewers interpret his paculiar trait of avoiding confrontation, wanting peace to now somehow link that to him being a flipper or wanting both sisters etc; kabhi sochti main aur woh log same serial dekh rahe hain kya?
in anger/jealousy he exhibits that tendency to lash out.. no doubt has happened on specific occasions in relation to his being upset with J throughout the story… in the start in his confusion he used to lash out but didn’t make any comparison with Arshi… but later as his feelings about J become more involved, he used to lash out using Arshi as a crutch… the pda he did with Arshi after his attraction for J grew were really about J never about Arshi… Ofc not a nice thing to do and he paid heavily for that mighty PDA he did after Kashmir…
I noted after that, again in the baby track ( I will have to specify Jhanak non baby track now 😂😂) his jealousy triggered that lashing out again..
the last lashing out but almost petered out was at the party where it was the two madcaps who were involved in a fight and even J knew he was using Arshi’s name to get. a rise
I thought what a long way these two have traversed but the jerkiness in the narrative has caused so much insecurity among viewers to read characterisation so poorly… For instance that party fight was such an important milestone in their relationship…the two didn’t even consider that there was anyone else when they were fighting and J’s open challenge to Ani about the comparison to Arshi was what clinched the issue…J for all her “I don’t want to come between you two” openly threw that piece of information out in the open and saying I thank my starts I wasn’t lalchi 😂😂. When he went after her, he didn’t even apologise I noted.. a very husbandly thing.. they just want the wife to forget it ever happened…She giving him a piece of mind and that was all there was to their big fight…
Unfortunately, the high points in the arc of the lovers journey have all been obfuscated by the unnecessary or should I say odd characterisation of Arshi… to keep her relevant cos the love has very little to be conflicted about if she exits the scene…it’s also my theory that it helps Leena in her machinations for elongating this story (but ofc killing its essence) if she preys on the flipper theory that fans so eagerly highlight…
Ani isn’t a flipper in this tale in my understanding… He took his time to get wholly committed to Jhanak but once he has fallen irrevocably in love with her.. she is his axis. Also Jhanak’s nonsense talks about being with Arshi is all humbug… she says all this with the quiet confidence of a wife who knows “ where will he go”? 😂😂 Amar prem!! Poor thing her confidence will be shaken and how and I don’t know how Leena intends to posit Jhanak whose pov is only slightly emerging in the tale..for me that part is the point of interest in the story..Ani ko puri tarah hum samajh Gaye cos he wears his heart on the sleeve but Jhanak doesn’t.. she hides it… will she won’t she is my only curiosity!!
What Ani will do in future is not something I want to hedge my bets on cos the narrative has taken such a stupid turn and Leena seems to be teasing the audience in some way to keep this nonsense alive instead of a sweet culmination of the tale..
Sorry rambled a lot…
