Lol she is dissapointed. Didi doesn't know that awards are given not just for acting but also for the character likeability as well. Itna bhi ghor kalyug nahi hai ki log ek fraud mentality waale character ko like karein.

Exactly!! Acting is just one of the parameters… there were two awards.. Popular choice nahi mila coz uske fans ne uske liye vote nahi kiya, nobody else can be blamed for that... And for jury, primary criteria is how loved and relatable the character is.. the girl playing Sailee from UKA won. Is she the most amazing actress in the lot? Definitely not.. I myself find Bhavika way more convincing than her.. but the character is genuinely loved by the audience.. she isn’t badbad gadbad queen nor is taking a newborn baby to court to show woman empowerment. She isn’t playing wedding planning and proposing groom or unnecessarily calling trouble upon herself and is definitely not a bachachor.. tv audience don’t give a damn about her.. what I have heard and seen sailee is a simple middle class woman managing all aspects of life… toh zaahir hai logon ko pasand aayega..
