That A is for Abhimanyu, the father figure that she had in her life.

Ruhi's "Ruh", Aarohi's "A", then another "A" from Abhimanyu, and then "N" from Neil.

Ruhi had three parents in her life, her Matashree, here Papa, and her Poppy and she included them in her baby's name.

Now, if you want to make it about Armaan then that's your viewpoint. But why so negative?
