The tension between Maan and Geet is definitely something I’ve been trying to build slowly, and I’m glad it’s coming across the way I intended.

The scene with the kiss was definitely one of the most intense moments to write! I wanted to capture that mix of passion and hesitation, because they’re both so complex and aren’t fully ready to face their feelings yet.

Chapter 7

that conversation did have an impact on Maan and Geet

though she tries to be indifferent, its not that easy

wonder what Geet family is aware of what she is doing

at least she saw that Maan is fighting something

glad that Maan went to speak to Geet

appreciate that he was honest with Geet

he is indeed confused

liked that Geet assured him and understands him

her question was reasonable

of cos she needs to know where she stands

Maan was clearly vulnerable

as expected, Geet does not want to leave but she this uncertainty is affecting her

Geet's dilemma was understandable

however Maan was not willing to let her go

what is Maan holding back?

what does he fear?

not surprised that she did not leave

hope Maan lets her in and lets her love him

Geet definitely tries to keep her distance, but deep down, it’s not easy to shut off her feelings. 😅 And yes, her family… that’s something we’ll get into more later, but there’s definitely a lot more to her situation than meets the eye!

As for Maan’s fear... well ... that's the big question, isn’t it? 😏 There’s a lot going on in his head, and he’s scared to let someone in, especially someone as important to him as Geet. But we’ll see if he can get past that.

I totally agree with you....Geet isn’t leaving, but the uncertainty is definitely messing with her. Let’s see if Maan can finally let her in… or if he’ll keep holding back!

Feisty and yet a Yearnful Chapter

Maan confused about his feelings towards Geet

yet he does not want her to leave

he may have not confessed love but he surely confessed

that she is someone needed by him and with him

Maan’s definitely a complex guy....he’s drawn to Geet but keeps her at a distance because he’s afraid of getting too close. It’s more about protecting both of them from his own emotional mess. He wants her but doesn’t know how to let her in fully, which is why he’s so conflicted. The pull he feels towards her started early, but he’s unsure how to handle it, so he keeps her around but avoids letting her really in.

You’re absolutely right—Maan’s complexity makes him such an intriguing character. His push-and-pull with Geet really shows his inner conflict and fear of vulnerability. It’s like he’s drawn to her despite himself, which makes their dynamic so compelling to read

Hi, nice chapter dear, Maan confess that he doesn't know what love is but he will not let her go from him, then geet said that she have to go away from him, but Maan kissed geet and requested her not to leave him, geet also said she can't leave him, she will stay with him. But he have to love her.
