Abhinav and Akshu both tried to tell Abhimanyu about Abhir even before he was born. It was Abhimanyu who was not interested and insulted them when they called. Sure he would have called gorillas who actually didn't give a damn where their daughter was this whole time. Obviously when you live with someone for 5 whole years, raise a child, you will get attached. Abhinav was loyal to Akshu and Abhir more than Abhimanyu ever was even though he was not related to them. Okay, Akshara calling Abhimanyu once cannot be considered. Also lets not forget that Abhimanyu did call back when Abhinav did all the clownery act of Mr. INDIA. and Manish even went to pathankot to get Akshara back. It was Akshara's ego that she didn't get back. So lets not blame Goenkas and Birlas here. Its all Akshara's ego and revenge attitude which led to all this.

And coming to Abhinav's loyalyty. He was an orphan, he had no family. Trust and loyalyty comes into picture when you know a person. Abhinav had no clue about Akshara, her past, her likings, her passion, her love, her family, nothing. He was an orphan and he made her an orphan too.. And why was it not his place to disclose the truth?? He can take Abhimanyu's place as a father, But he cannot disclose the truth?? Thats a joke.
