Billionaire doctor biological father is his birth right, he has every right to go back to him. There is nothing called opportunity in it. Abhir can easily cross out his middle class father after his death so that he can get a perfect family with biological parents. If he don't want his biological father he could have told on the first day itself, but he didn't as they told him or made him hear about him being a burden. He Always wants that perfect family which his mother planted in his brain. He used the opportunity to get that, nothing big.

Rohit told him to take baby, he took it. He doesn't have enough brain to know he shouldn't accept stolen kid without mother's consent. His so called guilt vanishes as soon as bacha chor 1 tells him to not to worry. So convenient.
