The bottom line is..

Ruhi may be the worst mother on the planet & she might give the worst upbringing to her baby , her baby still needs to be given back to her ..it's none of anybodys business how baby is brought up & who's a better mom..there's no room for comparisons here ..

Arman should've never agreed in the first place but he was selfish ..rohit should've never initiated such a thing but he was a dumb heartless ass ..abhira should've never gotten close to the baby ..

Disclaimer , the third was a result of 1st and 2nd so pl don't take it as abhira bashing. . She shouldn't have gotten close coz it'll be painful for her too
