I liked Abhira telling what was needed to the idiotic and patriarchal Poddars. Finally she said something right after a long time. If both parents are working outside then both need to take care of house and child duties. If the baby is premature, then both parents should take turns to stay. Why is the whole responsibility on Abhira to say when she isn’t even breast feeding? Poddars remind me of my sister’s in-laws who would claim all the haq on her children, but wouldn’t even touch the baby if the baby was crying. It’s sad Rohit is also sexist and couldn’t see the double standard despite what Abhira said. Ruhi the same and has an internalized misogyny.

Exactly if Abheera is going out for her work for few hours then Armaan should step up to take care of the baby whom he claims to love..

I am against Abhira going to a court with such a small baby. But what she asked to Poddar zoo members is also relevant right??? If they cant even take care of him for just 2-3 hrs, then what was the significance of that so called joint fam speech given by KP?
