Kuch nHi karega. J will say ki leave me alone I want to live with someone else. Toh he'll accept that too ....like he did with Rahul. They already had established this fact. He wants her happiness . Isliye Mumbai se bhi a gaya tha vapis chup chap thinking she's happy with AK in her new life. Aage koi or naya bakra Aya toh same thing will happen.

Rahul , buddha uncle, AK....or kiska number lagana hai . Ani usko bhi accept kar lega. J force him towards arshi but he doesn't force himself on her and accepts her decision. That's the biggest difference between her and him.

Leena's MLs are always toxic jealous..and now that Ani confessed his love, his passion, his intense longing for J... He will be even more fierce if he sees any other man in J's life... That stage of love is gone for him when he can accept her happiness with someone else after initial trouble of accepting the reality...

...and that dil jalna dialogue was not out of place...it was a response to J's statement that only platonic love between them is enough...he expressed his passion for her through that statement...he clearly denied the idea of platonic love and also expressed his strong disapproval of seeing her with any man except him as well as his inability to lead a conjugal life with anyone except her ..that scene was pretty intense!🔥

The biggest difference is he didn't realise his intensity of love towards her till tumor track... that's why he after some internal struggle accepted that if J is happy with someone else, he is okay with it...but things have taken 180 degree now..he can still accept her absence in his life, but will not tolerate any other man in her life..
