In the initial stages she probed Sirjee really hard to understand why Ani got her there and she couldn’t read some of his genuine intentions of safeguarding her as they would appear very mixed signals to her and it took her a while to understand Ani as a person and develop a bond with him and there are interesting stages through that entire period until they come back from Kashmir. I would call it pre and post intimacy phase. Her acceptance of a life away from the two aside… her heart yearning for more has been a constant with her but like Ani in the pre love realisation stage, I will judge Jhanak by her integrity of intention. Just like Ani only intended to safeguard her, she did not mean to have contact with him. Ani’s realisation journey moved rather quickly for him to claim that he knows what he wants come what may. Our titular girl hasn’t quite reached that stage.
In fact Leena came close to breaking that dilemma twice… once with baby track, then with the HA track where she sheds inhibitions. Yet not completely… as per the writer the trigger isn’t enough 😂😂😂 Leena thinks audiences need more convincing to break the so called conjugal life which Leena has set up surreptitiously.. so Leena even changed her parentage - she became the daughter of Shristi & some twin bro. In all likelihood this was introduced to up the dilemma quotient which had fallen weak post HA.

She studiously avoided Ani in the Adi phase not caring if she was misunderstood
She coincidentally met Ani during the HA track and had plans to leave; on her recovery she chose to remain incognito until being forced to pursue her identity.
If I read her, whatever maybe in her heart.. just bring Shristi’s daughter has instilled fear which is not apparent in the narrative becos her submissions are affirming in nature - I am Urvashi Raina’s daughter so I can’t be Shristi’s but if you scratch the surface… it will be the fear.
I don’t see evidence of providing hope or intruding in his life.. as for mixed signals… it is something she is dealing with herself given she is in love..Her only over reach is to tell Ani what to do with Arshi…that’s none of her business 
That said… the placement of this so called disagreement between Ani and Jhanak is tiresome now becos it is too much of the same thing
