Technicalities ka toh pata nahi, but Abhimanyu gave back Abhir's custody to AkshNav because the child was miserable without his parents. May be they changed all the documents too before Abhinav's death so that there won't be any issues in the future.

@Bold ,aisa bhi bhola jha raha hai that he hates Ak for abandoning him ? When did Ak abandon him that he should hate her ? Anyway am not surprised,am so used to read scenes from the spl episodes .

If u watch today’s episode he is missing his parents ,Dadda ,hone wali bhai /behan, remembering his mom and childhood memories in kasauli.
He hates Manish for abandoning him and his mom.

There is a reason why the trp of most shows r stuck at 1.2 or 1.3 since months . There was a time when bhagyas used to give tough competition to SP shows.. But now look at them😂😂😂
