I don't know about Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua (I thought it was somewhat progressive since it was about a dark skinned girl and a guy who saw through the typical beauty norms?) because I don't follow it, but Matti needs to be shifted to 6 PM asap and then watch its TRP go to 0.1. The only reason people watch that crap is because of its timeslot. Deewaniyat is a lot more enjoyable.

I've noticed that too. People are really fed up of ema shows. I hope this show doesn't do the same thing.

Agreed. I don't know about the rest of the shows that you mentioned, but Deewaniyat and Udne ki aasha has better plot..and no ema. I'm still shocked that they decided to give Deewaniyat 6 pm slot..its just too unfair. Rab Rkha/Matti uda dethe?!
And I saw a few scenes of Anupama...good lord..someone should conduct a study on why this show is ranking on top...the new actors are loud and squeaky!

I'm surprised aswell, the way they're protecting this disgusting show called Maati not offensive for the actors hardworking but the plot is 🤮.... sitara did unfair that new show which Deewaniyat has replaced by just cuz the unknown actors.. I won't be so shocked tbh if they don't change the time slot coming days then Deewaniyat will go offair before Maati.. I know RabbRakha is also a new show that needs enough time but the show is stuck by the same trp and not performing well as they expected so why not give chance other new shows to see if they can potentially revive that slot 🤔.

Deewaniyat and Udne Ki Aasha are the only StarPlus shows that are standing out right now. UKA has a unique plot with great characters. Deewaniyat gives total royal vibes and it seems like they could take it in a really good direction. I just hope they don't try to make the plot like Matti because of low trp when the cause of that is not the plot but the timeslot.

From what I heard, Anupama is a copy paste of YRKKH season 2 and YRKKH has a terrible, regressive plot about how abortion is not ideal while Ghum is a copy paste of YHM. So I don't get how these three shows are so hyped on StarPlus and have the best ratings. I'm glad UKA has begun to get higher trp than Ghum. Deewaniyat might have the same potential if they don't take it the typical route.

Matti won't ever get high views than what its getting. They should stop protecting it and wasting resources. Deewaniyat has potential to revive the 7:30 slot that has gone down because of Matti.
