Why is this show on the 6 PM timeslot?

I just watched the first episode. The show seems promising. It should be on the 7:30 or 8:30 PM timeslot instead of 6 PM. It seems a lot more interesting than the current StarPlus shows playing during that slot.

it 's premise is kinda okay for now but kinda ambivalent overall. seems like mannat might end up with dev somehow. i donr know lets see

The time slot is butter ridiculous!!! Considering they have other shows running with the most ridiculous storyline. All triangles with sisters!!! 🤢

This show has a tenured cast and possibly a good storyline. Not sure why they got the 6pm slot or why PH agreed to this.

I admit the premise is a little cliche, but I think it has potential as long as they don't go with the typical route of making the brother a villain or killing him off and her coming for revenge.

Exactly! They have stupid and boring shows playing on prime time slots (you know which ones) when this can replace it. It has great aesthetics, good actors, and an interesting plot. I heard the 8:30 show is kind of leaching off the trp of the show before and after it while the 7:30 show barely gets any trp since it promotes adultery. I genuinely wonder what they were thinking by giving Deewaniyat a 6 PM slot when it has more potential.

Exactly. Though I won't call it a new concept or anything. But it's much interesting than the usual ema shows. This show would have definitely done well in a prime slot.. They could have atleast given it 7:30/7:00 pm slot. At this rate, the show will tank soon... Coz who is going to watch a show at 6?

That show is beyond adultery! If it’s the same one I’m thinking….. it’s sisters. And ml is literally switch between the sisters!!! Disgusting!!! Ml can’t even act! And it’s not the wife is negative. She was a nice character. 🤢🤢🤢 how is that show still running is beyond me.
and they shutdown TMD for the other show where they put makeup on on make the fl dark and insulted. Good job on making sure girls watch this nonsense.

i kinda felt mannat's father has two sides -- on one side, he wants to control her destiny because it's for her benefit but on the other hand, he has pride in his daughters. kinda weird but i guess not surprised to see so as a stereotype to boast father's ego.

i kinda see why the 6pm plot for some reason but again, lets see if the show proves it otherwise.

What do you think of Mannats acting? I think Dev and Jeet are both good actors.
