Hello ,welcome to the forum .

You have chosen the correct space to discuss the tips on wt loss .

Here are some home remedies to begin with .

First step is to eat healthy … more fruits n veggies and cut down oils n fats in diet .
Secondly cut down added sugars in your diet n avoid sweets , sodas ice creams .
Thirdly regular exercise within the limits of your tolerance .
Fourthly sleep for at least 8 hrs a day .

Hey! One thing that really helped me stay on track is focusing on small, sustainable changes instead of drastic, short-term fixes. For me, tracking my food helped a lot—just jotting down what I eat to see where I could improve. Also, I tried to make exercise a regular habit, even if it's just walking or something light at first.
