What kind of spineless husband does she have ? It’s his daughter ! It’s his job to protect her from the mess he created in her life !

No comment on Rupali. She did what many would do, but not all men are spineless. In most cases man is able to find a middle ground to keep things under control. Rupali’s husband comes across as spineless and worthless. Probably that itself is the biggest misery of her life. smiley26

I dont think most people would jump into bed with a married man, have a child out of wedlock, break up their marriage and then alienate the man's own daughter. I think that is still very very rare.

But I agree the major fault is with the father. Now imagine how spineless he is that his own wife is suing his own daughter and he is still quiet.

Two points show how fake this case is and that it's just for RG's PR.

1) She is using an attention seeking big boss contestant instead of a real lawyer (Sana Raees Khan from Big Boss 17), she definitely has money to get top lawyers but none of them will touch this case.

2) She is trying to sue someone who is not even an Indian citizen in an Indian court. How is that supposed to work?

Also who knows if the case is even filed? And what defamation? smiley37

I didnt mean the marriage part. Strictly speaking about this incident at hand. Anyone at Rupali’s place would like to sue, but it’s on the father who needed to negotiate and ensure his children are not hurt further.

Rest agree with what you said ! smiley18

Once, Samar dropped truth bombs on Kavya. Kavya, unable to face the mirror, sent Samar to jail. I just watched that episode today. Anupamaa is a fictional show. Any resemblance to any person dead or alive is purely coincidental.

Defamation case on a U.S citizen lol. She can just say she was poking fun at an actor or it was just her own subjective opinion. It means absolutely nothing in the U.S. Upar se US has disclosure laws and either parties can ask the other party to disclose all their documentation lmao. That's why all these defamation cases get filed in India, UK and not in the U.S who would actually have jurisdiction.
