Maybe, Dukhmukh is the Grandfather of Prem and all live happily together. Perfect way to involve Shahs and keep them permanent.

How about if Prem is somehow, sooooooooooomehow related to Kapadias?

He hates Ankush-Barkha for some reason but lutaofies their (amassed) wealth on Onupama and Shahs amd is on a secret mission to immortalise MaAn by keeping the memories intact (without Onuj actually returning in person, only in ispirit).
