Episode begins with Anupama scolding Prem for making big promises and failing to keep them . He is the one to suggest attending the party and he got everyone excited and he escorted them . Why did he influence them ? Prem is guilty and regretful . To top it all he lied about going to satsang when they took permission . Anupama has lost her trust in Rahi as she joins them in attending the party knowing fully well that they were lying about the satsang .
Anupama scolds all the four youngsters for lying to them about satsang and going to party . Kinjal, Toshu , Pakhi , blame Prem and Rahi for the wrong influence they were having on the kids .
Pari retorts back to Anupama and Kinjal a nd Toshu for imposing too many restrictions . She is always controlled on what tk wear what tk eat n which color to wear . Why is she body shamed ? Is it a crime to be fat ? It’s her body n her choice of clothes and her decision tk attend parties . Kinjal never bothered what she likes or wanted , she always imposed her decisions on her . Pari declares hence forth she will do her own thing.
Ishaani protests against Anupama and Pakhi . She does not want to be a model , always remain caked up in makeup. Always be perfectly dressed n dolled up , she had to maintain slim figure and Pakhi imposed numerous dietary restrictions on her . She longed to eat Anupama’s dishes, try what her bro was cooking up , yearned for jalebies , she missed so much . Mahi and Ansh too protest against the restrictive lives they were living in SH . Anupama, Baa and the others are shocked. They are all adults should be allowed to decide for themselves , to attend parties and return home on their choice .
theirs is hardly a family , it’s all members constantly indulging in fighting .
Anupama asks them all to relax n retire for the night .after they leave Pakhi, Kinjal, Toshu and Baa accuse Anupama of trusting outsider Prem despite their warnings . They also badmouth Prem and Rahi’s company which was causing bad influence on the youngsters , until now no one spoke to the elders in this manner . Anupama gives long lecture , asks Prem to leave SH , she is unable to let him stay here n wrongly influence the youngsters . As he tries it argue , Prem wants to explain but Anupama is so furious that she is about to slap him but stops short .As prem leaves asks everyone to retire for the night
The elders tuck the youngsters into bed . Sweet BG song plays as the youngsters are tucked into bed by Rahil& Toshu .
Anupama ponders over the incident n vouches to make new beginnings .
She sits alone on the stairs and speaks to Anij and greets him on Diwali . She assures she will keep the family together .

Anupama calls the entire Shah family to join the new year celebrations and make new beginnings .everyone joins and they have family bonding and sweet moments together , they all take part in fun games . As the family is enjoying the games, Pre, arrives and wants to talk to Anupama .
