It's almost certain that baby will be given to ruhi ..if tomorrow or whenever , the nurse says bacha ruhi ka hai toh abhira madam ne ot mei hi de diya ..if she says bacha abhira ka hai then most probably arman will do it , and abhira might slip into coma (at least complications ki kuch toh izzat reh jayegi) ...may be for a few days , weeks , or months ,baby toh jayega ruhi ke paas No other reason to show ruhi as psychotic...Or there can be another 2-3 yrs leap with grown up baby ..mix of gen 2 & lost
