They did not show us the Paratha feeding scene. Nutan went to get food for Ani and then for Ani cut straight to BH and asking Arshi to stay, something brewing hopefully. In that Paratha feeding session, he could have got some clue of Nutan being J... Wild guess, it is all up to Leena.

I don't think Leena is thinking that way...the filler one was yesterday's Anishit convo...she showed it and will not talk about it once...kyunki pata hai... audience firse bhadakna chalu ho gayi hai...

Ani will keep having a sense that J is around ... that's it ..usse age aur kuchh nahi till Nutan's identity reveal..bich bich me once Srishti starts giving teachings to Nutan, there is possibility of Runak meet...
