The way this whole pregnancy has been built up from the infertility track till Abhira having complicated pregnancy and now apparently not being able to feel her child, I am so sure the entire build up is only there to create a shock value when it is Ruhi who loses her baby. Abhira is apparently having a boy which means the legacy is continuing and she wont have a miscarriage. They might even drag out the hopsital track by keeping the suspense as to who delivered and who lost the child, until Abhira wakes up and claims her baby.

Whether they clear Akshara’s name or not, she was still the FL of the previous gen and Abhira is now. All of the so called curses, hisaab baraabari, karmic cycle, etc that Ruhi has been ranting about is gonna boomerang back at her bc if anyone has to pay for their mother’s sins, it’s her.
