Story could have been written better after Toshu's infidelity

Kinjal has just given birth to a baby girl in the C Section. Usually C Section means a lot of stress. Rakhi Ji (Rakhi Dave) before visiting the hospital gets to know about Toshu's infidelity through her sources. On visiting the hospital, she asks about Toshu and when he comes, she is furious and was 100% correct in slapping Toshu (She had stopped slapping Toshu when she listens to Pari crying). Anupama is anxious and continuously questions her. Rakhi Ji (Rakhi Dave) did not have any right in asking Anupama to hide Toshu's infidelity.

In 1 of the episodes Anupama exposes Toshu's infidelity to Kinjal leaving her shell shocked. Rakhi Ji's (Rakhi Dave's) worst fears had come true that Toshu will cheat her daughter. Leela had manipulated Kinjal and this forced her to move to Shah House allowing Anupama to focus on Anuj and CA. Kinjal impressed me with her bold decision to divorce her cheater husband.

But Toshu does not have an iota of shame he calls the authorities of an orphanage and stoops to the low level of seperating CA from Anuj and Anupama. Toshu is such a lose character that he kidnaps Pari (During Dusshera Celebrations) and his drama in the Shah House forces Kinjal to give him a 2nd opportunity. But frankly speaking Kinjal should have filed for divorce immediately.

The story could have been written with the following points after Toshu's infidelity.

01. Kinjal should have filed for divorce immediately with Rakhi Ji submitting the necessary evidences of Toshu's infidelity (Kinjal should not have created a scene in the SH, instead she should have sent the divorce notice to Toshu)

02. Rakhi Ji should have hired a caretaker for Pari (Or better she herself could have taken care of Pari) allowing Kinjal to focus on her career.

03. Expose Toshu to the outside world so that the other husbands learn a lesson with Rakhi Ji and Anupama supporting Kinjal.

04. Take police help in case Toshu creates a drama at the "Dave Mansion".

05. If Pari asks where is father, Kinjal should have been exposing her "Nikamma Father's" infidelity to Pari so that Pari hated Toshu.

Rakhi Ji (Rakhi Dave) had predicted Toshu to be Vanraj 2.0 and she was proved right. Kinjal had paid a heavy price for ignoring Rakhi Ji's (Rakhi Dave's) warnings.
