If I had to rank them I would say Varun's return was dumber than Nakul's.
So what they claimed is that the son of the cannibal professor made it seem like Varun was dead with some chemicals and stuff and then he kidnapped Varun and kept him tied up and made him lose his mental state. Then he framed Varun in a cannibalism case and because Varun had lost his mental state and had the long hair and beard and everything and the aggressive look in his eyes, everyone believed it. KD, as usual, saved Varun with the help of his new assistant Srman.
My biggest issue (and most people's biggest issue) with the whole return was that they literally showed Varun's dead body and KD was blamed for murdering him. The entire original case was about Varun being killed and they showed us autopsy reports and everything. Then they claim that it was just a chemical to make Varun look dead. SAY WHAT???
