Episode # 7 begins with …

Naina getting flash back of her heartbreaking romance with Aniruddha.

Army search operation going on , they spot suspicious movements in a village . They identify 6 terrorists . The army men fire , the terrorists start running away . Few injured and few escape . One injured guy attempts suicide by consuming something .

Elsewhere Naina is seen dining with Sameer . He checks if she was recovering n taking her medications . Naina remarks docs make the worst patients .Sameer then tries to share his feelings for Naina . He hesitates n confesses he liked her very much . Naina chokes on her food . Sameer tells her that he is ready to wait for her as he senses Naina is hesitant . After finishing the food he drops her to the mess room , he wants to repeat this evening again. Naina and Sameer have friendly banter n share laughter . Naina states she needs time for considering his application . Sameer gets urgent call from insurgency location Sameer rushes away .

At his house /flat Aniruddha is seen playing games with the two kids . Pratham n Prarthana. Ani remembers n misses Naina . He recollects how Naina n Sameer were getting closer. He tries to keep the kids entertained . He receives a letter from the court . His orderly hands it and feels sorry for his Saab .

Aniruddha comes to Naina a shares how he had got summons from court n he might lose custody of the kids . Naina states that they were colleagues n not exactly friends n she could not help him in his personal problems . She asks him to deal with it himself . She shuts the door on his face . Later Naina weeps that she could not trust herself to remain unattached n unaffected . He was scared of getting hurt again.

Anuriddh feels heart ache as Naina rejects him, he weeps on the other side of the door he thinks Naina could forgive him n give him another chance .

The junior doctors are e joying snacks break .,.. Dr Mili is in love with Sameer the colleagues joke about her one sided love story .

Soon they hear siren … a casualty is wheeled in . All doctors rush n receive the casualty Maj Sameer states this is a terrorist n very crucial for extracting information , he has to be saved at all costs . Maj Naina assures they will try the best .

All emergency treatment is started , the patient starts deteriorating , his breathing starts slowing . Dr Mili contacts Dr Naina n takes instructions . Dr Mili puts the patient on artificial respiration.

Gulab party house … politician Mr Haq .. he is informed by terrorist leader how their guy Hassan has been captured by the army n is currently treated at 108 BH. They better rescue him before he reveals the terror plot.

Aniruddh n Naina discuss the case n realise that the terrorist has consumed poison n is getting ascending paralysis. They decide to analyse the toxin .

At Col Thakur’s office the officers hold a meeting , how Terrosist panther had crossed over the border n was involved in money laundering . The terrorists were trying to silence captured terrorist Hassan , that’s why he has been poisoned . They will try to help him recover n revive him, they better hide him from probable efforts by terrorists to take him away . They try to keep him secret the junior docs wonder why a certain patient was being given special attention by senior docs..

The political leader , Mr Haq comes n tries to probe why a terrorist was being given so much importance . He suggests they better kill him by conducting an encounter . Why turn his 108 BH into a fortress. Col Thakur declines the suggestion. He feels his hospital was for treating n curing people n not plotting to kill them. He asks the politician to leave .

Thakur n Sameer discuss how Panther was trying to eliminate Hassan before he spills out anything .

The politician n the terrorist leader discuss the issue of Hassan in custody of 108 BH. Army n how this is a threat to the panther group.

The junior doctors all get curious about the special patient being guarded by the seniors. Kavita collects the toxicology report n hands it to Naina, she reveals that no poison was detected , they all discuss why the patient was gradually getting paralysed feet upwards . They want to detect the cause . While shaving the patient Aniruddha notices a specific tattoo. He recollects how similar tattoos were common in terrorist groups “Panther “ active in the east . He had seen many such while serving in the east .

Naina and Aniruddh have argument over management of the terrorist. Anuriddh wants to know about the toxin has been given to him , he decides to go to the territory of the panthers n find out the toxin . He wanted to save the life of the patient . Naina warns him of the dangers involved in going without cover . One can be killed in the goons territory without trace.

Aniruddh states he did not care , as such no one bothers about his life .Naina stares at him.

Later Naina and Aniruddh meet irfan … a local informer . He states how dangerous it was as they both Naina n Aniruddha could get killed . Aniruddh insists on saving the life of Hassan.
