Take halls / vicks , that might give relief from throat soreness

Only meds work

.I had to shout at hubby for something and my throat hurts

I have taken one dose med now

Other I will take in night

So hopefully it works.

I m coughing so much I end up throwing up all.food i eat 😭

Guess it will take time

Cough is reducing but throat is painful

But when i take second dose today hopefully it will start reducing

That's why today sat I took meds for two days.

How it became severe?Ok take medicine and take rest.

Do gargling with lukewarm salt water.Add a pinch of turmeric to it. Or have ginger tea in the morning.I hope it helps...tc care CB.Get well soon 😃

I don't know how it got bad

But I hv meds now

I m doing gargle and adding haldi to tea

Hope the meds work

Abhi cough nahi kiya kaafi der se but throat hurts..
