Setting priorities is the best approach to this show

In the workplace, when a senior staff is overlooked for a promotion or a raise or whatever and the same is given to a juinior, would they be salty with that colleague or their boss ? Manoj and Manisha are responding like normal humans would ..they are clearly not highly evolved humans that are past the stage of self-interest …while they think of Abhira as a daughter, she is not …and while she might love them, she clearly loves Manish more ..Rishta is all about blood ..🤷🏻‍♀️
