Rubina was successful when she came to bb as her role in shakti just ended few months ago
Some actors are not comfortable in doing in romantic scenes. It's their personal choice.

^^ why the hell does this daaku ke khaandan ka get away with everything? He keeps breaking rules, refused to go to jail, and now sharing his personal phone etc inside the house…and even now he is sleeping in LF.
I don’t know why Vivian is being made fun of here though, sure he speaks in a weird manner but there might be something wrong with his mouth or teeth, also so far I am kinda liking him, doesn’t seem like an attention seeker, doesn’t unnecessarily poke others and is quite sensible.
