Within India mostly Indigo though standard dropped. International Emirates, BA, Cathy Pacific or SA. Rarely Delta .

Singapore Airlines. It’s nice. Foodwise, especially to Kolkata route, Emirates is best, if you’re non-veg.

Qatar and Emirates is really luxury. But Cathay Pacific is very average.
