Hey guys,

So in our fight against StarPlus regarding our ACHPM, I found the email address to their head office and emailed them directly. I just received an email back from them and it doesn't say much but they did assign a reference number to my compliant. Here is what it says..

Ref.: CS/111855/08/WC

I just thought that I should let you guys about the reference number, so that we can use this number to lodge future complaints. I suggest everyone emailing Star at response@in.startv.com with this reference number.

If I get any further emails I will keep you guys updated.

Hey honey.. wonderful idea... i think we should wait for sometime before we bombard them with mails from all of us as they might lose the original thread which is your mail. Why don't we see if there's no response for 3-4 days, then we can bombard them with mails?

I appreciate your guys efforts..and i am sure the makers are touched by all this..however , like i said earlier, my feelings are its a lost cause..star plus will do what suits them!!!..and we can only hope Aek chabhi suits them in the near future....before its too late to get the whole team together and willing to take take it further!!!
