That's why Abhira has some other disorder and Ruhi producing Fake reports is the way to go.

They have done something similar in Jhanak, where her s cyst was mistaken for a pregnancy.

Doing the wedding in October would be an odd choice though, considering people are usually too busy in festivals to watch TV

I have the same feeling - they will not be addressing it fully but Manish will find out and try to understand if it is hereditary to help Abhira(coz of Naira & Akshu) and in that process IR will happen - but only in the G house with S² and Abhira knowing - Ruhi ko shaadi ke din pata chalega

I doubt Jhanak is even aware of the concept of Pregnancy kits or that having unprotected Sex can lead to unwanted pregnancies

A freaking doctor told her she was pregnant - also medically it is possible for a uterine cyst to show up as a pregnancy in blood tests and internal examinations - @docworld pls correct me if I am wrong
