I really hope that they dont do any surrogacy crap but instead show Ruhi as culprit for creating fake reports of Abhira's infertility. I feel like this definitely has to be her plot. she is the only one who really wants wedding to not happen. Kaveri, Fufa only want Abhira to be their puppet but are ok with wedding. so Ruhi probably bribed doctor to create fake reports.
