I am shocked to learn that Chinese dramas have anti heroes. Do they trouble heroines like in Indian and Pakistani dramas?

Sometimes they are worse. Like in 'Love in Flames of War', the ML actually bullies and harasses the FL who is his adoptive/foster sister into marriage despite her clear rejection (she is just focused on herself and her career/education, there is no other men). My God, he then refused to believe that the kid is his when she gets pregnant and loses her when she fakes her death to escape humiliation/torture. Even the supposed second ML is an obsessive piece of shit who does not know when to back off. The only and I think the only reason they get back together is because he is designated the ML.

There is a genre called Xianxia genre, which is like a fantasy world, where we get to see anti heroes. And mostly these dramas are available on YouTube.

This actually comes under a specific genre where it is mainly about the obsession of ML towards FL. There are some other dramas where it is more about the obsession and also abuse.

So there were 2 MLs and both are obssessive. With whom did the FL ended at last? I doubt I'll recognize if I watch , coz for me Chinese all look a like.

Some of the Chinese dramas have possessive male leads and mostly FLs end up with MLs. She mentioned in her post that FL ended up with ML and it is only because he is ML. There are some dramas where it has the similar story of obsessive MLs and FLs do end up with MLs.

I watched the leads’ interview with Fuschia. ALi repeats the “I have 10 maids who look like you” line and Laiba says something like “ I will show you”

made me wonder if Salar will have to grovel to make her believe his love at the end and that is his Kaffara

he will probably back track on love claims one more time (this time after engagement or marriage) and she will completely stop believing him. While all this he loved her without recognizing it was love after all

The FL ended up with the first ML but honestly they both were terrible and she wasn't particularly in love with him and I got the feeling she went back to him only because she was the mother of his child. Otherwise she wouldn't have bothered.

I feel you are right. He will need to grovel a lot more for her to actually believe his feelings. And she is still only in the phase of having a soft corner for him. It is not love yet for her.

Until and unless the 'main tumse pyaar nahin kar sakti' shakes him awake or something and changes things.

This sounds similar to Bashar Momin. 🤔 I liked that show although ML was evil. The other ML was better, but she got forcefully married to the 1st ML, an in the end FL fell for him and they lived happily ever after.
