He is shown always angry due to jhanak and he is never angry even Arshi throws him out. He already gave explanation to Arshi so why the need to go behind her. Why he was roaming in hall just waiting for Appu to call him as jhanak is already there. He is angry bcoz jhanak pushed him and still trying to be away from him when appu dragged them both. When arshi asked him he is giving reasons that how i am treating jhanak rather than the jhanak accusation. After jhanak confession he can't stay away from her and will find bahanas to be near her. He is definetely missing he rphysical touch. He is giving enough reasons to doubt him.
i think he went up pacified her and got thrown out...thats why he was so angry....Ani does not have the guts to go against Arshi. Pls dont credit him with that.
see the scene yesterday, while Ani came under the pretect of seeing Choton, he in one milli sec snuck a glance at Jhanak. This is before J sees him.
Def he is intentionally going behind her.
Arshi threw in the angle now writers are throwing at us after making him do brutal CA.
Thro Arshi they want to make us think that Ani is doing all this because he is hurt at what J did; and also they have Arshi suspecting suddenly why Ani is misbehaving to J.
They get all the eyeballs with a nasty Ani and now suddenly out of the blue, trying to justify him, by making all the foul accusations just a outpouring of hurt. Nonsense.
Bold - while I havenโt watched the episode.. I can sense the shift especially from yesterday with the Jhanak- Minu scene about Choton and Ani ( I have some thoughts on it) btw I have answered and tagged you on one of your older questions about Jhanak - Arshi equation in the Character analysis thread,
Coming back to thisโฆ the problem as you mentioned is they have butchered Ani so the aspect of different perception of his characterisation built over so many episodes is somehow waning while making jealousy as the primary factor. And especially if you think the aspect of pregnancy is involved
Itโs strange if writers think making Ani go after Jhanak after all the bad blood between them and making him mute ( without expression) in a matter so important is now going to restore previous status-quo 
but who knows maybe viewers just donโt care ๐๐ maybe we are the minority that is so stuck on how could they do this et al?
I find this a good sociology experiment in these entertainment mediumsโฆ.but more on that later

In my opinion jhanak also should take responsibility to arshi marriage as giving opinion to minu for minu and choton marriage regarding. Why didn't give opinion to arshi that ani is not good for you. ๐
Jhanak now doing match making for Minton, In future i guess Minu will be bridging the gap and distance of Runak. Like how jhanak is trying to recommend Choton being a good man, sam elike in future Minu will do the role. Minu was surprised that why ANI is not accepting jhanak despite being unmarried. After shifting to BH she might understand the situation of ANI. They will be FF of Minton marriage also i guess. Even Jethu in IV was saying that kya pata Appu ki shaadi mein hi Minton fix ho jaaye. I just hope Jhanak goes back for movie and again she may come back for Minton marriage with movie shoot. Most viewers do not analysis the characters so deeply..that's why makers can do anything and show repentance and restore the ML back to positive..
