This time it is her mother , she doesnt have a reason to be so anemic now that she lives with her father, unless Raviraj and Suman have not paid attention to her dietary requirements inspite of knowing she is anemic.

Raviraj being a doting dad would have fed Tanvi with all the food rich in iron and also gotten medical help.
