This news is incomplete. There is another which mentions that Justin had his own cut of the film and Blake commissioned someone to do one for her. And hers got chosen it seems, which pissed off Justin.

I am wondering why the actors are commissioning people to have their own cuts? Where is the film's production team? Also, Blake is a co-producer on the film.

I don't see the need for such pretence, but yes they should have been professional enough to promote together "if required". There is a lot of money that goes into movie making, and actors not getting along should be the last reason to create issues for a film.

But then we don't know what went wrong. It is unfair to pick sides based on speculation which could easily be the culprit's PR.

Read Justin was upset because Ryan and Blake took over the promotion. Before the movie didn't know Justin was in the movie cos never saw him in promotions. Thought Brandon Sklenar was the main lead as saw him in promos. So was a bit confused while watching the movie.

Justin Blake chemistry though is top notch.

Far from it. Which is why the author ( of the books this movie is based on ) had to drop the idea of a colouring book by the same name. That she came up with it in the first place is shocking. Why would she even go there ! She came up with more merch after being called out the first time. The books are trash. Like those 365 days movies on Netflix .

It's having a Streisand effect on Ryan and Blake. I didn't buy their projection as a power-couple/coupe-goal from the press since my introduction to them as a couple was about the bad light they brought themselves with their slave plantation wedding. And, there was that Antebellum blog. It seems like a lot of people are discovering it now.

Whatever clip I saw for the movie's promotion, Blake was portraying it as some flower-themed rom-com, asking people to 'wear your florals' or promoting her haircare line (and their alcohol brand ) when the movie was about Domestic Violence. She needs a new PR, who thought it was a good idea? No wonder DV survivors and therapists are dragging her for being tone-deaf.

Long live Serena Van der Woodsen and Ryan 😂🥰 If the guy is upset is his problem.

I love Ryan & Blake but I’m team Justin because what they are doing is just fcuking DISGUSTING. Justin is the only one being decent about this drama and the only person actually talking about what the movie is about it. Blake is acting so tone deaf it’s infuriating.

P.S. don’t get me started on the fact that she’s accusing him for “fat shaming her” and even force kissing her “longer” (what the fcuk does that even mean he won’t let go after it’s called “cut” are you kidding me??) after people started asking questions and calling her out being tone deaf and insensitive about the issue the film is based on. I would’ve never guessed Blake would behave like that but here we are.

Sounds like a publicity stunt. Regardless of back problems your co actor wanting to know your weight before prepping for a scene where he lifts you is not shaming. Could it count as shaming if there was a snarky tone ? Maybe. But the question is nothing to get offended by.

You don't just waltz back into the set with maternity fat rolling about , these things are considered even before the pregnancy when a contract has been signed . Your trainer would do their best to get you back in shape . In case things didn't go as planned , there's no need to be touchy about it if he'd be LIFTing you.

Secondly ,she says he kept kissing her. It's not some B grade Vinod Khanna movie from the 80s that you can keep kissing or touching the heroine for as long as you please . There are intimacy coordinators on set to make sure such things don't happen. Most likely a stunt but otherwise it's unprofessional of them to be doing this when they should be promoting it together.

She's being so rude to the interviewer just cz she congratulated her on her pregnancy, she calls her fat

Both Lively and her co star are being mean to her throughout, the interviewer can do nothing right it seems (this was in 2016)
