Yet Gehraiyaan was the most watched OTT film and about a dozen films beat Darlings. You can claim otherwise but there is a thread here with the official numbers and many of us not only saw it but discussed it so it's hardly some lie. OTT is all over the world. Do you think NRIs don't exist? Do you think Dharma films in particular only make money in India? Rocky aur Rani was only able to be considered profitable overseas. It was not considered a clean hit in India.

Yes, of course, that makes so much sense. KJo spends years of his time and crores of his money to deliberately make movies and have them flop, all in an effort to destroy others and make Alia a success.

I could care less about Alia but there are like 100 movies being made every year and Alia appears in 1 or 2 of them. There are 98 other movies for other actresses. What is the point of obsessing about her constantly and comparing your faves to Alia every minute of the day?

I don’t know if Shraddha is a star or not but I know no matter how much Kjo tries to make Alia one he will never succeed. She has absolutely nothing going for her to be an actual star. She’s an ok actress with zero screen presence and very unfortunate looking absolutely nothing to appreciate if that’s not enough she’s dumb and petty. She will always be remembered for the one Kjo tried so hard but failed miserably. At least Shraddha is pretty 😍

For people who believe facts and can actually count, you can see that Gehraiyaan has basically 2x the views Darlings has. Madhuri Dixit playing a lesbian in Maja Ma earned more views than Alia's vanity project which is right at the bottom.

sis, I'm an NRI myself and Hindi movies are only watched by a minuscule population around the world. Their main base is India and that's where the majority of views come from. No need to bring in Rocky and Rani because you are talking about a theatrical movie. Don't mix it with OTT which is a different beast altogether.

KJo is not destroying his own movies nor is he going bankrupt. If he sells a stake, that's his business. It would just bring him more money through investors so he can make bigger movies. Wishing for someone's downfall doesn't automatically make it happen.
