There is no comparison between Kdramas and ITV. First they are limited and do not stretch. Mostly the cable ones are pre-produced and there’s no scope for changes in story due to ratings. Writers research properly and are clear what they want to show.
I always found shaman (tantrik kind of) scenes funny but the way they weaved in “The Glory” was fantastic. It gave me an eerie feeling and was so profound. ITV can never do that because they have to run the show 7 days a week and that too for eternally
