I had his thought that , but same like Anirudh I am confused as why he cant understand its love and not zimmedari and insaniyat or any other tag he has for Jhanak .Inspite of Arshi giving him a clear idea of You love Jhanak and I am like your friend. Hmmm let’s put it this way…& we have to work through a maze of bad screenplay/dialogue to arrive at some semblance of what is Ani’s feelings at the moment. Bear with me as I explain the confusion… 😂😂 I may still not succeed to get out of the maze!!

His declaration of love for Jhanak at Kashmir was one out of passion but not necessarily one where he articulated where he stood on the matter on Arshi…If you see, he never once tried to convince Jhanak that he will come clean with Arshi and blah blah…he extracted a promise from Jhanak that she will not leave him and he would have come to the next stage ( whatever that nebulous state was) after reaching BH but all hell broke loose as Jhanak was clearly not in a mood to encourage his feelings at any level.Its not like Ani was looking to string along both women… it’s just that Ani never thought this thru that far…let’s just say he assumed that Jhanak will agree to be part of his life and all problems will go away. But life isn’t that simple.

Here’s where Ani’s core traits come into play and also lend well into the moral conflict of the love story. Ani’s nature to choose path of least resistance but not understanding that choices have to be made and they aren’t easy.

Ani never said he had an issue with Arshi… he kept saying I don’t know how I can live without Jhanak. Ani never had to contend with a state which Jhanak found herself in…so he has shown scant understanding of her issue. Which is also why he went ballistic when Jhanak said you live with Arshi and I will go from here… Ani could have at that stage tried to convince Jhanak about his intentions regarding Arshi and articulated what was in his mind but for that he needed to understand Jhanak’s reluctance for commitment stemming from her past. Ani has to be in state where Jhanak was/is to understand. Adi can provide that. Helplessness is something Ani will feel. He may be forced to confront his feelings for Arshi in this phase.. Zimmedari and pyaar ko threadbare karne ka waqt aa gaya.Apne saari jhoothon ka hisab dena bhi waqt aa gaya

Choice karne ka waqt aa gaya par karna aasaan nahin hoga

ANI came with RP to hospital . He must have taken some stand against Chaman uncle otherwise i don't see why he accompanied RP. RP would not have allowed him if has not shut the Uncle and Aunty duo. As per SS of Salman AK comes later for taking hospital. I guess till that time ANI must have said that let the report comes first from blood test and then cook the stories same like jail track. There also he emphasized on CCTV. So i guess he will take this route.

You know I am also really excited for this Ani vs AK showdown... I know he is a wake up call that Ani needed...A challenge that has the potential to be a threat for his position in Jhanak's life....which can bring all him emotions to front..

But this particular dialogue of " Jhanak jaisa bhi perform kare... I will make her win"..is soo unfair to Jhanak... and her struggle...

Anyway Arshi with her drama is gonna ensure that Jhanak won bcz she couldn't perform her best and was forced by Ani and Shrishti... guilt-tripping everyone...then this guy as well.....

But this was required for the audience as a perfect contrast to Ani...to show how Ani inspite of making opportunities available for her...never tried to take away her credit..In fact he didn't even let Jhanak know what he had done to give her that ad....and here Aditya is saying this in front of Ani after helping her twice...

So a contrast as well...

Coz he drives the narrarive dost With the Mumbai track getting good TRPs, I would have hopes, makers would be a lil linient on Ani, but he unfortunately is their prodigal child, toh ab kai sare bhugtaan is in store for Ani

Halke haath toh rakhenge nehi makers , and they will not let him break either, so he will end up behaving irrational, and the dialogues/monologues he will mouth as a repurcussion, woh alag

Arshi was not addressed properly , true.But Jhanak didnt agree to be with him as soon as he asked for the promise. She had brought up Arshi didi and its then he said I will do my farz towards Arshi . Its then she agreed to come back to BH. Once they reached BH in that dil ke baat and suffocation conversation he did ask naa., can we both ...which was declined by Jhanak without even allowing him to complete the sentence.

So he might have expected that she would accept his confession and both could stand for their marriage for something like that. But unfortunately she didnt stand with him due to her past and her mother being taunted by the society.

May be now he will realise what Jhanak felt when Aditya and Arshi is a part of their life.

Poor Anirudh so much he has to suffer after one Kashmir trip...😢😢
