RT NDTV Interview & Pics 1st June

She intro rajat as the yongest superstar of the tv industry, and they show a lot of ppl on the show who are all his fans and says that everyone watches dv just for u

Rajat then says that its coz of his hardwork and his fans love that he is getting so much recognition and again tells abt him receiving the award at this age

The host again says that she has got many sms and emails and phone line is buzzing and many fans on the set from delhi who wants to ask him question

First question the girl asks abt is how close is the prithvi ka question and how close its reality

So rajat says that he has not written the serial only potrayed the chara and says that a little fiction is necessary as if they had showed one epi him suddenly going up to bhimsen and killing him everyone wld have been confused ki what is happening, so they had to build up a fictional story too

Someone asks abt his friends and he says he does not have many friends, some friends run after him some he is running after but he has one friend surya whom he is very close too

One question is why he does the same type of roles, but he says that veers chara mood and language is diff

Then one professor says that all his students watch his serial

Then they asks him if he wants to give any msg, he says that we just show the serial and its upto u how u interpret it. We don't tell anyone what to do and what not to do

One letter comes praising his acting when rajat replies that he is not such a good actor but his directors make him do good work

Another guest addresses him as sir, so rajat stops him and tells him to call him a friend or bhai

One phone call comes asking rajat how he manages both studies and work, so rajat says u miss out on something, I don't hv time to spend with my family and frnds, and I hv lost my chd hood but I don't want to loose my number 1 position.

One girl who does not even miss his repeat telecast of dv and praises his acting. Rajat says thanks and says that he need such fans prays as he has had so many accidents in the last yr and then again tells abt all the times he got hurt

Rajat says he is very scared of injections and said that he has been saved many times and his fans prayers has saved him.

RT is going to sing a song for audience after break

he said when he was in the hospital uski body puri swell ho gayi thi. aur set pe sab kehte the ki tum mote ho gaye ho. so usne excercise suru ki aur 2 months me six packs bana diye. n he will show them in DV if possible

he likes bike more than car n he likes black color

somebody asked him dharam or veer? he said cant say
but veer or prithvi? he said veer bcoz veers character has so many shades

he sang a song,"ye zameen ruk jaaye...adnan sami

somebody asked him what is ur sabse pyaari cheez?
he answered his parents but they r not cheez. he is doing everything for his parents. so woh unka naam uncha kar sake. woh nahi chahta ki unke parents saath rahe kyunki usko kaam karte dekhke unko bahot dukh hota hai aur uski mom bhi roti rehti hai
he said he doesnt hv any orkut account or any typr of accont on net. not even email id.

It was one of the best interviews of rajat. Here are some of the highlights of the interview:-

Rajat was wearing the white blazer which he was seen wearing during the interview to Hindustan times during his visit to Delhi.😊 He looked stunning. He was sitting along with a group of his fans who were asking him alot of questions. My favourite was this question asked by a girl,

" Rajat, now since you are so famous you must have had the experience that where ever you go many of your fans keep following you and ask for your autograph. Don't you get frustrated because of this?"

Rajat replied almost immediately, "You never get frustrated with someone who you loves you so much. I am very lucky that so many in the country adore me and care for me and i will never get frustrated because of that." Good reply. 👏 👏 👏

One important thing that rajat said was that he has no account on orkut or anyother sight and he doesn't reply to any emails sent by his fans because he never gets the time to so. He is always busy shooting.

Rajat's favourite colour is black. He is a bigger fan of football than cricket and he has not seen many IPL matches because of his hectic shooting. He prefers watchng cartoons than serials because there is always rona dhona in serials which doesn't let him relax.

Poor guy! He gets only 3-4 hours of sleep a day. But he never complains. He said that he misses Delhi alot. He also likes Bombay but compared to Delhi you have to struggle alot in Bombay. While in Delhi you can have some amount of relaxation. He loves to visit Delhi as he can sleep for a long time and go out with his family in the evening.😳 😳

Rajat is so dedicated to his work that even had to miss his cousin sister's wedding because of shooting. He has always heard of people saying that family comes first but for him work comes first because he is working to make his family proud.👏 👏 👏

Beleive it not Rajat used to be hydrophobic ie he used to be scared of water. He said, " Jab main chota tha to mere dad mujhe swimming pool le jaya karte the. aur main bahut chota tha aur chaddi pehenkar khada rehta tha. Magar jab mere dad mujhe paani main jaane ko bolte to main bolta tha ki mujhe nahin karni hain swimming aur main udar se bhag jaata tha. Luckily now i am not scared of anything."😆 😆 😆 😆

Rajat was very studious and always used to come first. But somehow he never used to like french. Vo apne teachers ko bahut pareshan karta tha and always used to find an excuse to miss the french class. Or else he used to attend all his lectures.😆 😆

Rajat's close friend is guy named Surya from his school. When ever Rajat used to shoot and didn't attend school Surya used to give him his notes to study from. Rajat is very grateful for that.😊 😊 😊

Rajat also sang a song. Clearly he is a very good singer. He sang Tera Chehera by Adnan Sami.😳 😳 He says that he loves to sing on top of his voice on the sets. He never goes to the sets on the intention of making friends or relations. He mainly goes there to work. Also he made it very clear that he has no intention of havig a girl friend right now.

RT said he cannot spend so much time on the computer -it takes hours & it also strains the eyes. He prefers to use the phone to keep in touch. ( but he didnt mention his ph no. )

He said he was considering bollywood but not now. at present he was conc on DV only & trying to learn dancing, singing, action etc b4 moving on to bolly. he said that as an actor 1 has to b an all rounder .
Sum1 asked him his fav colour & flavour for cake-(perhaps wanted to bake him a cake 4 his bday-how sweet) Rt said his fav colr is black, he doesnt eat egg as it contains egg & also bcoz it gvs him a stomach upset.
he was asked about the secret of his on screen chemistry with co stars. he said his approach is completely proffessional.

rajat also mentioned that he works very hard and work is his top priority & he w works 4 nearly 16-18 hrs and studies 4 an hour b4 sleeping for 3-4 hrs everyday

yeah no break for this boy In fact it seems he cud not even go home, his parents met him at the airport .1 teacher invited him to Summers field school as many students wanted to meet him but only few had been allowed to attend. Rt said he would try, but he cudnt even get time to visit his own school.

hey just remembered, after Rt sang a song 1 girl remarked that he had sung the song with gr8 depth so who was responsible 4 creating that depth in him Rt smarly replied that it is not necessary to hv a GF or sum1 in mind to sing with depth , 1 can sing even without that. he gv an eg that when he had to kill sum1 in the serial its not necessary that he 1st practice it in real life. The intrv ended with a girl singing a song.

yes rajat is getting smarter i still remember his early intrv during prc days. he used to b soooo shy

he said sum ppl had been remarking that he had put on wt after his hospitlz so he worked out & attained this in just 2 mnths

well, i am so happy he didn't say that DV is his last show in tv so now it cleared that he didn't say that which was posted all over 😃

Well Rajat was there for short time then back to shoot no break for him
