Nehi re, Neil's heart and Yash's heart wasn't same. Yes it matched but Neil aalag praani tha re, that's why Yash's body will face difficulty to accept Neil's heart during operation

Frankly Neel ke charcter ke liye mujhe bhi bahot bura lag raha hai😭😭.... Exit hi karwa rahe ho to itna brutal nahi hona chahiye tha🥺🥺.... Apne favourite character ko marta dekh kitna bura lagta hai ye shaa ko as karan in zdmn marte dekh ke hamne experience kiya hai..... So I feel really bad for neel and his fans🥺🥺

Ohhhh technically both Shalini and Yash are good. But goodness bhi tho person to person varry karta hai na.

Neil serf wasn't good, he actually dedicated himself to Yuvika whereas Yash's family is his priority, Neil never had a family to begin with except Vidur. Rishikesh se hi Neil's life revolved around Yuvika only.
