Being on such responsible position if this is her thought process & this is what she wants to show, then we are just fool to watching all this... I'm not saying she shouldn't show regressive content, as we know yes in society such things are happening but then what are the consequences? This? Like what she is showing? Like there is no way out.. you have to accept & surrender to the situation...

Even if such things are happening as, why can't these writers take Television as an impactful medium to show the change, what they are choosing instead is more regressive content? Your education, your morality nothing matters as per them then, what they expect is of you are poor or emotionally weak then you should just surrender to the situation without fighting...

It's not even problem if she is showing them reality, but if you are showing that mirror then be responsible enough to show the way out too...

Illogical justification, sometimes fiction show for makers, sometimes said this was taken by society.they saying only we are doing business not entertainment for public.

Television can be a great medium to influence the society , but unfortunately they are using it only for business . Money matters , but they can also show less negative things .. or show negative and how it can be eliminated and thus spreading positivity ..

Long before I had seen a show on colors Ishq ka rang Safed . Beautiful show with a concept of widows their sufferings and how society treats them even now.And how a young man tries to reform the thoughts of his . Till they showed their marriage it was good , then it turned to usual crap. I had watched it till then.. afterwards colors too got in the trp race and started their naagin and two women , one men dramas ...

Even Sony had good shows , but because of star plus and their competition , now every channel has same trend .

exactly its only business for them , if they r very loyal and true to their original concept they wouldnt change tracks according to trps.

Showing regressiveness that exists in society is one thing but promoting it is what serials are largely guilty of.

I have some strong views on this. It’s just a silly thing to say they are reflecting society 🤷🏻‍♀️
