100% Shristi will need to be replaced with Arshi as Ani J story is starting. Shristi cant be relevant the minute Ani J get together.

I understand your point and I agree

but my point is if Arshi was such a crucial character...and important to the storyline..then why they did not give her more layers from the beginning itself..why created her as such a superficial character...!!! Without any establishing..now suddenly adding these layers is only going to look contrived and irritating.....

For me going forward only the piece where J’s journey features matter. This AniShi love story, makers can enjoy on their own .

Asmita, I wrote this in April: this show is a journey of Jhanak where Ani is a significant part of her life.

The makers never marketed this as a love story. It's just the story of two people who crossed each other's paths at extremely challenging times, and their hearts and lives are connected via divine intervention.

Since the makers never expected that RuNak's popularity would skyrocket after the initial Kashmir track, they altered their idea of Anshi's marriage because the audience wouldn't accept it. Hence, they're serving their intended purpose of what they initially thought of in a twisted manner.

Even in the first promo, they showed Arshi and Ani as a married couple (maybe) and Jhanak working there as a maid.

As we've heavily invested our precious time for the love of RuNak, it is only we who are getting hurt the most and feeling betrayed and cheated.💔

however she is acting - she is doing what the script expects of her...to make the audience hate her.

Also day 1 - Chandni said in IV that she was lead in her last show kamna, so she was hesitant to take this role and before she took this role, she made sure they promised her a very important part and she would be relevant. She will never leave Runak. In Imlie too Malini died 5 mins before Arylie died.
