Could be. Or it could be that she sees her mother being isolated or not treated well by the Bachchans so sticks to her mom. None of us will ever know the true dynamics.

But you could sense something was off from how far apart she stays from her dad.

Child has been staying away since few years now.and she is just 12 right ? No child has that understanding of family dynamics at such young age unless their parents feed them that either by behavior/ verbally
