I remember I saw that scene where he brought boat of the kid and came in that dirty blazer.

I was like normal insaan, many times I have seen, car mein extra coat rakhte hain.

Yeb itna bada CEO ke pass coat nahi hain.

Gyaan dene ki jagah change karke aa jaata, coat change karne mein 1 min bhi na lage maximum 2 mins.

To me everything is going similar.

The only difference I can see is Yash isn't a Dhakkan because he has knowledge and experience. Yuvika is a Dhakkan. Whatever she did and whenever she got into business she herself didn't do much. Always had someone to help her.

The right/moral way would have been to create better products than Mahajans and put perform them in market. Not stopping them from even coming into market.

That's why I called him like Yuvika, Bhashan kuch aur par Kaam nikalwana ho to kuch bhi chalega.
