Since the person did not get killed .. Ruhi should serve some damage ..license revoked , serving community service

They should have shown Abhira talking with the victims before hand .. rather than being shown unaware of what she’s proposing.. Abhira made a filmy entry .. why ???you are a newbie why should you make the judge wait .if she had spoken to them beforehand and this conversation shown as flashbacks after verdict .. it would have made more sense

I have the unfortunate experience of watching a case in Indian court .. the judge sits on the chair .. And the clients come one by one with their lawyers and deal with the issue .. and the judge give the hearing ..it was also a road accident..

yes damages were paid because only the car was damaged .. no person was hurt ..

but it still took 2 years to resolve because police had filed a case .. Infact the opposition did not even collect the damages .. we just paid the fine and closed off the case after 2 years

The court case was badly done but other part of the show is good especially the Vidya conversation… and Armaan Abd Abhira acknowledging themselves as hubby wife

In yeh rishta short leaps have happened before in gen 2 and gen3 .. but it does not add much to the story

Because leads are in love with each other ..

..they will show Abhira going away and practicing as a lawyer .. Armaan meeting her after 2-4 years .they will have to change actors like Aryan n Kiara ..They will skip some wedding as Charu should be married and gone by then ..and krish too doing something There are also spoilers for Abhira’s infertility.

They don’t have time … the victims themselves run off .. who has time to go to court and waste money ..

Most lawyers suggest out of court settlement with their share included ..

Ruhi is no one for Abhria that she should fight constantly with her to protect her relationship with her husband. In fact there should not be any 3rd person btwn any couple and esp not husband’s ex.
Am waiting for the separation,Abhira should stop getting manipulated by the ppl and start doing wrong things which she is not used to . She ruined and lost her 1st case because of her foolishness and her blind faith and love on Armaan. This is no way good for her. She needs to focus on her career ,May be They can only get together after Ak’s revelation with a grand wedding from Goenka’s house. As I always believed this season there will be no divorces but only separations.

Armaan definitely learned the art of manipulating from Ruhi in last 10 months. He is all praises for Abhria because she left the case and his pagal ex don’t have to go to jail and he is guilt free. This is new Armaan for me.

Roohi didi must be doing some black magic. She does mistakes, it automatically becomes someone else’s problem to handle, she becomes a victim so definitely no punishment for her.. but other involved party/ parties will drown in guilt and bend backwards to make her feel better..

Armaan’s “theen deviyaan “ has to become Abhira’s too. She has to loose herself and her core values now.. in short all his headaches are hers too.. she can help him with his burden and be there in the time of his need but will he be there when he needs her?

I want Armaan and Abhira to work and their issues and live together as a couple.. but effort should be equal on both sides.. if it’s one way track and only Abhira is making adjustments while Armaan hardly cares to make any change then their relationship is doomed…

I want Abhira to focus on her career and becoming independent.. Not let her personal life affect her professional life. If she doesn’t get opportunities here, she can move away and try long distance relationship for now.. Armaan must cut his tie with his ex. No matter what.. instead of his ex, he should think about his wife.. if not he can divorce Abhira and do what he wants to do.. staying married and keeping ex a priority is not right.. So Armaan should decide before it’s too late
