I will have to watch the episode again in good quality to see what you guys are saying about overacting but as far as I understood Ani isn't a guy who will stand between Jhanak and her getting punishment if she is wrong ... i wrote in more detail before... i wrote it in hurry so prob many mistakes..

This goes along with what I said about Ani’s traits … he is god of justice like jhanak is goddess of Mahanata. He meant every word he said. In his heart he feels pain for jhanak but his mind is asking him to do what’s right (according to him). He is not being able to ignore what Shristi said , that she saw something. Think this, if he can fight for a stranger girl so much , do we expect him to sit quietly for arshi who he was about to marry, and he has been her friend and had shared romantic relationship with. So in conclusion, his roar for justice is not limited trait to jhanak not it can apply to other people as well. Like it has been mentioned in the show many times by other characters “agar jhanak ki gaha koi aur hota , tab bhi ani wo hi karata ko usanae kiya hai” !

As far as him not completely trusting jhanak goes, he is extremely left brain guy. He seriously lacks emotional intelligence. That is why we saw so many rifts between jhanak and ani! As they both think differently. For anirudh it was strange for Shristi to involve police so recklessly without any proof. So he has been distant with Jhanak. Jhanak and us are have emotional intelligence. And jhanak is extremely right brained person , for her she takes this as anirudh didn’t trust me! Or didn’t even bother to ask me about what happened. So this is it. This is definitely a nail in the coffin for jhanak. Anirudh will not feel guilty about it as he still thinks he did what was right, let law handle it … But yes it’s stupid … how they are writing this and executing this. People will see this as character assassin. And to some degree it is. And it is also not… considering what both of these went through it’s hard to think they will go to this extreme to show how much ani cares for justice. Please don’t expect monologue saying he was acting … he was surely emotional and worried about jhanak but he was also worried for arshi. He didn’t want to be unfair to her because of his feelings if jhanak was even slightly guilty. Shristi , his parents everyone was blaming her … again he was standing in the middle with two opposite set of people. He always used “agar” … so he wanted jhanak to be proven not guilty! But until it’s proven he also didn’t want to trust her because he loves her and forgive her… so doing right comes above love for him… 🙏

He did say he will support Arshi on her recovery. But obviously there is no monologue of him clarifying. Wese toh Ani ke monologues bhar bhar ke hote hein and when it’s important to witness a monologue, writers do their kanjoospan and eats up! 😏

He definitely has planted a karwa seed in J’s heart that her sirji was doubting her, but I don’t know if Ani will be able to provide her explanation later on regarding his behavior. But I didn’t think it was anything extra which made me think he was being serious about doubting J. Hopefully in the coming episodes we will be able to see a more clear pic of where runak stands. It’s a tough one this time and I am excited yet nervous about how the new track unfolds. 🤞🏻

While he has a duty towards Arshi, he also has a duty towards the girl he brought back home with an extracted promise. He knows J wont ask for her wife rights, he wants her to ask and he has said he remembers the marriage and asks her to ask for her haq. He knows she has no motive to kill Arshi. So why would he suspect her.

If he does suspect, he will not be ignoring her like this. The Ani I know and love wont do this.

Lets see if this is a different Ani than the one they showed so far.

Based on his dialogs it sounds like he has resigned himself to staying with Arshi because of his guilt, and wants to ensure J is safe by not focussing on her.

I'm still hoping Arshi will call off the wedding. Ani never will now.

yes doubting will be wrong ... but lets say he does not want to stand in the way of arshi getting justice...

I will have to see more closely on a good screen about this over acting part... i watched it very much in hurry...

Monologue ka expectation hai muze bhi so we know what is going through this guy's head... but at the same time i feel scared lol 😅... if they give him again some ghatiya mono!

To me, he loved Arshi before he developed feelings for J, but he still spoke against her in favor of J many times... so he is doing the same thing here..He loves J but he cannot be unfair to Arshi so he is speaking up...

it goes along with the character traits but it is freaking bitter medicine for us as its for Charsi and its working against Runak!! 🙅🏻‍♀️

But now that i have cleared my head about his char traits , i am not feeling as mad ... like i feel like i knew he will do this! I am just waiting for more episodes so i get to affirm my understanding
